Guala Closures S.p.A. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the remaining 30% stake in Guala Closures DGS Poland. DGS is one of the world’s largest aluminum closures producers for spirits, wine and non-alcoholic beverages producing approximately 4 billion aluminum closures annually.
