We are multicultural by nature. Within our Group there are more than 30 different nationalities that speak more than 20 different languages. Diversity is therefore our wealth and our strength. That's why we're committed to leveraging our diverse and inclusive culture to ensure an intercultural workplace.
Supporting our ideas, in 2020 we adopted the CHARTER FOR DIVERSITY and INCLUSION, a project translated into all the languages spoken in the Group and which aims to preserve inclusion starting from three main criteria: gender, age and disability.
