As we see around us every day, the climate is changing and our impact on the environment is threatening biodiversity. To protect our planet, preserve its natural resources and build a sustainable and inclusive future together, we must commit to a sustainable society and be mindful of our environmental and social impact.
In 2010, we were among the first in the industry to introduce strategies and goals to build a Group capable of innovating to preserve our world. That's because the world we want to live in tomorrow depends on our actions today.
Lead by example together
In 12 years, we have implemented two programs (2011-2015 and 2016-2022) and achieved significant progress, both in environmental and social areas.
We have continuously updated our internal policies in the ethical-social field, up to the adoption of the “Diversity and Inclusion” Charter and adherence to the United Nations Global Compact, supporting its 10 principles.
The progress achieved has been possible thanks to the continuous involvement of all our employees and collaborators. Their motivation and participation will continue to be key factors enabling us to achieve the objectives of our programs, especially in the near future.
