Piero joined the Group in 1990 in the Human Resources department and has experienced a dynamic and varied career within the Group. His journey took him from HR to sales, on to R&D and then back again to human resources. He was able to understand how important it is, within each professional path, how to combine professional growth with personal aspirations and goals; a principle that he still applies today in his work.
